The last publication of the Italian journal “Risarcimento Danno Responsabilit\u00e0”, published by Giuffr\u00e8, includes an interesting article on competition law from Riccardo Gioia<\/a>, Senior Partner of PGA Intellectual Property. <\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, the work concerns the recent promulgation of Italian Decree no. 3\/2017, transposing European Directive no. 2014\/104\/EU<\/a> on antitrust damages actions. <\/span><\/p>\n

The study analyses the regulation on passing-on of overcharges provided by the Italian Decree in order to check compliance with the purposes of compensation and prevention, which the promulgated law aimed for.<\/span><\/p>\n
