Marco Borotto is an Italian and European patent attorney and joined PGA S.p.A in 2017.

Marco holds a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering obtained in 2016 at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), being involved in a four-year research project on composite materials and structural numerical simulations. During the same period, Marco had the opportunity to touch the intellectual property field, having cooperated as inventor in the filing of a patent in bioengineering field.

Moreover, Marco obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy, with automotive specialization and, afterwards, he was involved in a one-year research project at the department of Advanced Measurement Techniques.

Marco developed a strong background and experience especially in the mechanical, biomechanical and automotive fields, having closely worked in technologically advanced environments.
