Massimo Biffi has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since 2012.

He started his career as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor member of the Register of Chartered Accountants of Como at no. 648A and over the years specialized in the assessment of intangibles such as trademarks and patents.

He has been a chartered accountant since 1997; he also sits in the boards of auditors of renowned Italian companies.

He gained his professional experience in corporate consulting with regard to extraordinary operations (company mergers, divisions, transformations and transfers), in the assessment of companies and shareholdings.

He is a technical consultant of the Civil Court of Como and he also carries out tax consultancy and representation activities at the Tax Courts of Justice.
