There are just a few days to go before the MARCHI+ call, which will allow Italian SMEs to obtain substantial grants for the costs of protecting their trademarks, opens.
Who can participate
The fund is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that meet at least two of the following three requirements

Requirements and value of the grants
The call for proposals foresees two different measures, some of which differ in terms of eligibility, reimbursable costs, maximum value of incentives and access modalities, which we have summarised in the table below.

Measure A: – Have filed the application for registration of the trademark with the EUIPO as of 1 January 2020. – Have obtained the registration of the mark Measure B: – Have filed, no earlier than 1 January 2020 a) an international trademark application on the basis of an Italian or EU trademark b) a request for subsequent designation of a trademark registered with WIPO; – After obtaining the publication of the international application |

AMOUNT OF THE GRANT |
Maximum value: € 25,000.00. Grants will be awarded in the form of a capital contribution up to a maximum of 80% of eligible expenditure (90% for Measure B only) and in accordance with the maximum amounts laid down for each type of expenditure. Available budget: EUR 2 million |
