Luca Mansi

Luca Mansi is an Italian qualified lawyer specializing in intellectual property law, with extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting domestic and international clients.

He regularly represents clients before the Italian courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union in complex disputes involving trademarks, patents, designs and copyright.

Luca is a qualified representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

In addition to litigation, he provides strategic advice on the protection, management and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on the development of contractual frameworks and internal policies aimed at safeguarding IP assets and trade secrets.

He graduated in Law from the University of Pavia, with a specialization in Business Law.

Since 2017, Luca has been working with PGA as Of Counsel, supporting the firm in matters requiring advanced legal expertise and integration with technical IP competencies.

He is also a regular speaker in IP training programmes organized by PGA IP School and Italian Bar Associations.
