Luca Mansi has a full marks graduation from Pavia University Law School,  with a specialization in Business Law. During his studies, Luca collaborated with a well-known Milan law firm, maturing significant experience in IP litigation with a specific focus on urgency proceedings. Luca has also significant practice in handling out-of-court disputes, providing counseling to clients including assisting clients in contractual matters with particular specialization on international agreements and in handling compliance issues, again with particular focus on IP matters.

In 2017, Luca joined PGA as “Of Counsel” supporting colleagues and clients in all those counseling activities requiring legal competence. Luca’s work for with PGA spans from drafting legal opinions and agreements to providing support in inter-partes matters, both in the field of trademarks and patents.

Luca is also an appreciated speaker of the PGA IP School, an IP education course which PGA offers to clients.
