PGA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BECOMES A JOINT STOCK COMPANY
After the opening of the Swiss branch in Lugano in 2014, PGA announces a further important corporate evolution. Today, the shareholders have approved the conversion of the company from limited liability company (S.r.l.) to joint stock company (S.p.A.). VALIDATION OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT IN MOROCCO
The European Patent Office has signed an agreement with the Kingdom of Morocco under which, at the end of the European procedure, a granted patent may be validated also in Morocco. This brings to 41 the number of countries for which patent protection can be obtained on the basis of a single European patent application. Read more
