Veronica is a Trademark Attorney and works in the Milan office.

In 2000, after her legal practice, Veronica worked for the EPO in DG 5.2.3 International Cooperation, where she was responsible for a project related to the future Eastern European member countries that would have ratified the European Patent Convention.  Back to Italy, she worked as responsible of the Italian branch of REACT- Anticounterfeiting Network, specialized in anti-counterfeiting services. Subsequently, she deepened her knowledge and expertise in Intellectual Property collaborating with leading law firms, acquiring significant experience in all aspects of trademark law, and representing both Italian and foreign clients. Since 2008, Veronica dedicated to consulting in the field of trademarks and designs, first for an Italian firm, and then for the IP firm Murgitroyd, as responsible of the trademark department in the Milan Office.

During her career, Veronica matured an extensive experience in handling trademark and design prosecution and opposition cases before the UIBM and EUIPO, as well as in assisting clients in disputes and transactions related to trademark and design matters.

Veronica managed trademark portfolios in a wide variety of fields: luxury goods, mechanical industry, finance, insurance, IT, pharmaceutical industry, food & beverage, etcetera, thus maturing an extremely broad knowledge of a variety of different businesses. Moreover, Veronica had the opportunity to assist well-known Italian companies in the automotive field, thus acquiring the ability to manage complex portfolios and the versatility to support clients on a day-to-day basis on all practical matters and at the same time to provide management with advice at strategic level.
